What if I forget my password?

Login password resettable. Encryption password is not.

How does auto-deduplication work?

Identical files are uploaded only once across your entire library. The encrypted ciphertext hash is checked at upload time β€” if the same content was already backed up (whether by you or anywhere on the server), the second upload is skipped automatically and you're not billed twice. End-to-end encryption is preserved: only matching ciphertext (not plaintext) is detected, so the server never learns your file content.
